Kopfer Taylor Interiors, founded in 2018, follows the five-step architectural design process that Karmyn Kopfer Papavasiliou and Beth Taylor Powers studied during their time at the University of Texas School of Architecture in the early 2000s. Together, they use a combined 40+ years of industry experience to lead a curated team of designers founded on the principles of integrity, creativity, collaboration, accountability, and fun.

Process

We create exceptional luxury homes through close collaboration with leading architects, builders, and vendors from concept to installation. Our work encompasses new home construction, whole-home renovations, major additions to existing residences, and comprehensive interior design projects.

Our process adheres to established architectural phases—programming, schematic design, design development, construction administration, and installation—yielding a full suite of deliverables, including concept presentations, curated selection decks, architectural floor plans, elevations and sections, keyed finish schedules, detailed furniture plans with budgets and proposals, 2D and 3D renderings, and thorough installation and post-installation care documentation.
